Neil Stentiford, the Managing Director of SOE Health Ltd, shares positive developments and exciting news, as the business enjoys strong growth through 2025, and into 2026.
We have developed a unique technology and a family of 3 products, we call SoeMac, marketing them as “Health & Wellness” products for improving people’s health, especially breathing, quality of sleep and energy levels. Testament to their effectiveness is an amazing collection of hundreds of User Testimonials and a small number of Studies – some are shared on our website www.soemac.com

Technology. SoeMac creates energised oxygen which your body can safely use to help restore itself, and reach a state of homeostasis, by increasing the oxygenation of the body’s tissues and cells, and increasing the mitochondria’s production of ATP energy. We call this energy SOE (Singlet Oxygen Energy) or Light Activated Oxygen.
Giving all the health benefits of HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy), Red Light Therapy, and “Clean Air”, from the comfort of your Home, in a Safe and Natural way.
We have seen significant benefits for people with breathing conditions including COPD and Asthma, Fatigue conditions including Long Covid, ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia, and many conditions associated with poor quality sleep.
A lack of Oxygen at the cellular level is a major cause of disease, suffering and pain. You can help rectify this by daily use of the SoeMac – a use-at-home, non-invasive, drugless, preventative care device.
In the UK, we sell directly to consumers through the website, and to a number of practitioners and wellness centres. All of the products are made at our UK facility near to Milton Keynes, giving us close control of the quality, and we manage everything from there. Our Head Office is in Beeston, Nottingham.
Neil says “I use the SoeMacPlus at my desk, for 20-30 minutes every morning, and I can honestly say I have not been ill for 5 years. The Tech kills all airborne viruses, bacteria and pathogens, in the ambient air, and in my upper airways. If I have been out in public, I always use the SoeMac when I return, just in case I might have picked up something nasty. It has worked for me !!”

In Germanic Europe, we have a partner company called ForestAirForEverywhere run by Jonas Jutz and Dr Sarah Johnston.
We brand the products for them, laser etching and bespoke packaging, and they sell through their website www.forestairforeverywhere.com to consumers and are targeting the thriving market of 1,000+ Wellness Centres. Jonas’ plan is to sell each of them a SoeMacPro, which enables the Practitioner to offer 20-30 minute treatments to their customers, and then the opportunity to upsell a SoeMacPlus for ongoing Home use. It’s a business model that is working well.

In the USA, we have a new exclusive partner, Therasage Inc, managed by Robby Besner and his wife Melody. They are very well known in the Alternative Therapy World, and the Biohacker community. They have launched the products under their own brand TherAir, and we do the branding for them. They have a portfolio of interesting products, (check them out) and Neil is looking forward to exploring opportunities with some of these www.therasage.com/collections/therair Robby attends many of the Biohacker events, and is connected to some major players in the Health Podcasting world.

Research projects. Much of the science and technology and testing, has been developed by working with the Universities in the Midlands; NTU, Derby, Leicester and Nottingham, and Neil enjoys ongoing relations with all of them.
We are hoping to run a Long Covid Study with the University of Derby, early in 2026. They have expertise in this area with Professor Mark Faghy, and his team. The concept of improved blood flow and tissue oxygenation should help Long Covid sufferers.
In India and Egypt, we are working with specialist WoundCare doctors, and patient results are really promising. The premise of better oxygen delivery to the wound site, and anti-bacterial properties, makes this a compelling area of research.
In Singapore, we are working with a Doctor on a HRV (Heart Rate Variability) project, and in Switzerland with another Doctor on a Deep Blood Microscopy project.
The increased sales to the Wellbeing market has generated funds to accelerate all of this research. These are exciting times!!
