Life and business law firm, Shakespeare Martineau, has announced seven promotions to legal director and asso075ciate, across a variety of teams.

Taking the role of legal director with life and business law firm Shakespeare Martineau is Aller Dawlat. Aller, who is part of the commercial property and development team, and dual English and Scottish law qualified, has a wealth of experience working with the country’s largest utility network operators and independent distribution network operators, supporting on large-scale projects as well as working with developers preparing fundable energy projects.

Promoted to associate within Shakespeare Martineau is Elaine Hart, Fatema Miah, Oscar Ciaurro, Kieran Pearson, Victoria Kirkpatrick and Anton Letten.

Elaine Hart, associate within the private client team is an expert in probate matters including inheritance tax bearing estates.

Fatema is an experienced real estate lawyer advising on a range of high value and complex transactions. She specialises is Islamic finance and provides a professional and knowledgeable service to real estate finance clients.

In his role as associate in the employment team, Oscar Ciaurro works with clients across a broad range of sectors, including professional bodies, high street retailers, food and drink manufacturers, care homes, logistics and education, across all employment-related matters.

Kieran is an associate in the Managed Legal Services team. Kieran is building the firm’s regulatory offering. Kieran is a litigator by trade and his practice includes the firm’s claims and insurance portfolio. Kieran also provides operational support to the firm’s litigation business unit.

Victoria deals with a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes.

Anton handles a variety of disputes including contractual and professional negligence matters as has also been promoted to associate within the litigation and dispute resolution team.
