Loughborough based Nemaura have weathered the Covid downturn with a mammoth fundraise totaling over $21m to support its development and commercialization activities. Dr Faz Chowdhury, CEO of Nemaura commented “it was a very tough start to the year as has been the case for so many businesses, and like others we started with furloughing most of our employees during the first lockdown. We emerged from this with a healthy balance sheet and the most exciting time in the history of the company, a radical plan to commercialize product in the US and EU over the coming months’.

As a direct result the company has a large number of senior level vacancies in  Aseptic Manufacturing Operations, Medical Device Regulatory affairs, Senior analytical scientists, and a range of posts in Marketing and sales. Anyone interested in joining the team should email the company directly at [email protected]

Faz has been a  great supporter of Medilink, and has been a member of the board of Medilink East Midlands for over 7 years, and is currently a member of the board of Medilink Midlands.
