The Open University are seeking professionals to join their External Advisory Board to help ensure their curriculum supports students’ career progression and aligns with industry needs. Your insights will guide future skills development, curriculum direction, and the use of real‑world case studies across their programmes.
The School delivers qualifications including:
• BSc Health Sciences
• BSc Natural Sciences (Biology/Chemistry) – accredited by the Society for Natural Sciences
• BSc Biology – accredited by the Royal Society of Biology
• BSc Biomedical Sciences
• MSc Mental Health Sciences
They also offer a range of free OpenLearn courses that showcase their teaching.
The Board meets twice per year for 2‑hour online sessions via Microsoft Teams. The next meeting is planned for August–September 2026.
