This is often because there is not a fully developed business case\, without this a group within the NHS interested in taking on board a new product or service are unlikely to get approval of the case for change before procurement of the innovation can proceed. \nOrganisations that supply to the NHS are often challenged by the process\, timescales\, evidence and documentary requirements. This can often seem like an unnecessary complication\, or simply a reason to not issue a purchase order. A good business case is fundamental to successful adoption and developing a long term business partnership. SUMMARY:International Trade in 2019 and Beyond
DESCRIPTION:The future of the UK’s international trade landscape remains unclear. There are still questions as to where we are heading in terms of the UK-EU relationship. This poses a number of challenges for businesses that are dependent on cross border trade with the EU\, and require an understanding of what measures can be taken to keep goods moving across the border\, in the event of a No Deal Brexit. In parallel to the EU-UK negotiations\, there are discussions underway that would potentially lead the UK to forming or extending trade relationships with other territories. DESCRIPTION:The Chamber’s annual D2N2 Digital Conference & Expo 19 takes place on 16 May 2019. The conference will celebrate the success of the D2N2 Digital Growth Programme (DGP) and will be an opportunity to promote the transition of the DGP into the Growth Hub. They are expecting around 300 delegates from across the D2N2 region to attend the Conference. \nOne of the key elements of the day is the Expo which will be an opportunity for you to be on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on what help is available to SMEs across the region. This is a chance to showcase your own business support programme to an engaged audience who will be part of the next phase of the D2N2 Growth Hub project. \nThere are a limited number of stands available for the Expo so if you are interested can you please complete the registration form as soon as possible.
