UL: Human Factors Engineering Workshop

Join UL and MedilinkWM as we explore Human Factor Engineering (HFE) and the need to apply HFE to medical technology. With the introduction of the new regulations, this workshop will identify the global regulations, standards and guidelines.

Covered topics will include:

 

  • Developing User Interface Requirements
  • Identifying Potential use Errors
  • Performing a User Interface Inspection
  • Performing a Summative Usability Test
  • Documenting HFE Activities (including writing an HFE Report for the FDA)

There will be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop.
