Working with healthtech startups highlighted the significant challenges they face in securing compliance within a constantly evolving regulatory landscape. Recognising this gap, he co-founded Framework Genie with Joey to simplify the compliance journey for businesses and accelerate their growth.

Dr Vicky Queralt – Little Journey

Dr Vicky Queralt is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, young people, and their families in the NHS, specialist schools, and independent practice. As part of the team at Little Journey she contributes to the development of digital and downloadable content that supports children and families to navigate healthcare experiences in a supportive, anxiety-reducing way. She also co-hosts the podcast series Spotlight Session, which delves into the challenges parents face in accessing healthcare for their children. Vicky creatively uses her professional experience and personal insights as a mum of three to create accessible tools that enhance patient experiences.

 

 

  Thomas Rush – Little Journey

Thomas Rush worked as a primary school teacher, with a focus on early years, for six years before joining Little Journey in 2022 as a user researcher. A passionate advocate for the ensuring the voice of the child is heard, Thomas used his connections to form a network of schools where co-creation sessions were hosted as part of a project with the LEGO Foundation, to guide the development of the Little Journey app. More recently, Thomas moved into product management at the company. In this role he is guiding the creation of multiple pathways, in both the UK and US, to ensure they tackle the greatest pain points for children and their families. His recent focus has been on improving the accessibility and inclusivity of the app for all users, particularly neurodivergent children, with the new version of the app launching in November of this year.
