Join Smallfry for a fast-paced, collaborative roleplay workshop where they bring to life a fictional wearable MedTech innovation. Co-led by experts in hardware design (Smallfry), regulatory strategy (Sequel Consultants), and digital health development (System C: Innovation Delivery), this session will simulate what it really takes to turn an innovative idea into a regulated, usable medical product.
Participants will step into the roles of HealthTech innovators, tackling live challenges across design constraints, machine learning, safety claims, regulatory classification, and NHS adoption pathways.
