DLRC has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise, recognising its outstanding performance in international trade – placing the firm among a select group of only 252 organisations in the UK to receive the accolade.

DLRC, established in 2005, is headquartered in Letchworth Garden City, Herts, and is a subsidiary of DLRC Holdings Ltd. Its notable growth has previously secured the company a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the field of international trade for 2017 and 2021.

Specialising in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech sectors, including advanced therapies and AI innovations, DLRC offers regulatory affairs services to the life sciences sector. DLRC works with a range of clients, from top five pharma companies to SMEs and start-ups, to develop and execute innovative regulatory strategies from early product development to post-licensing activities for medicines and medical devices.

DLRC has achieved this milestone through global growth initiatives, including expanding its UK operations, acquiring Orphix Consulting based in Munich in 2020, and incorporating DLRC Inc. in Boston last year.

These strategic manoeuvres and the team’s unwavering dedication to excellence have resulted in an impressive 88.56% increase in total overseas earnings over the past three years. Additionally, the percentage of sales exported has risen from 47% to 57% during the same period. Beyond numbers, the award reflects DLRC’s mission to provide innovative regulatory affairs solutions that propel clients forward and significantly contribute to advancing global healthcare.

Dianne Lee, Founder and CEO at DLRC commented “Our journey to this achievement has been through growth in the UK business, the acquisition of Orphix Consulting based in Munich in 2020, and the incorporation of DLRC in Boston last year. These strategic moves have increased our overseas earnings by 88.56% in the previous three years. Moreover, the percentage of our exported sales climbed from 47% to 57% in the same timeframe.

Beyond the numbers, it is a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication, and expertise. We are committed to providing top-tier regulatory support to our clients, enabling them to maximise the potential of their products and company.

I am deeply grateful to our diverse client base for continued trust, partnership, and the opportunity to innovate and make significant strides in advancing global healthcare together.”

Dianne Lee explains what winning this prestigious award signifies for the business, its dedicated team and valued clients in a video update, here.
