Pennine Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading, employee owned, medical device manufacturers is celebrating its 60th year of trading.

To acknowledge the significant achievement, Pennine have launched a celebratory re-brand, with new logo that encapsulates the anniversary, and new tagline. Pennine will also be celebrating later in the year, with a staff awards event, and releasing a commemorative magazine charting the history of the company.

Graeme Cameron, Pennine Healthcare’s CEO states: “It gives me great pride to lead Pennine Healthcare during this momentous milestone in our history. Organisations can only last this long with great people and a great culture, underpinned with continuous innovation, and a laser focus on delivering superior value to customers. I would like to thank our past and present colleagues and customers who have supported us, and I look forward to celebrating with you across the next 12 months.”

As with many industries, there have been changes and challenges within healthcare. However, by using innovation and championing UK Manufacturing, from their Derby based headquarters, Pennine are proud to still be one of the leading suppliers to the NHS.

Dan Wilson, Head of Marketing, states: “60 years of trading is a huge achievement for any company, but to celebrate Pennine’s 60th year, as we stand now, as an Employee-Owned Trust, is extra special. We have a large number of staff who have been working for Pennine for 40 plus years, and it is testament of everyone’s hard work that we are able to see this special anniversary.”
