Bluefrog Design’s digital manufacturing service is remaining open for essential business and is continuing to support manufacturers and clients to supply components and parts ready for prototyping and end product use. Our production facilities are currently manned by a small skilled team ready to help fulfil any ongoing and urgent requirements, with our 3D print farm operating 24/7.
In the existing climate, our manufacturing is prioritised to service those in the Medical and Healthcare sector however we are also open for other enquiries. We have worked with leading international medical device manufacturers, aerospace and automotive companies producing components for industry rapidly, ensuring that these parts meet design specification.
At Bluefrog Design we use FDM precision 3D Printers by Stratasys – industry recognisable materials and professional grade equipment that delivers repeatable, premium results. Our 3D printers build parts from as small as 2x2x2mm up to 406x355x406mm. We also have high power CO2 laser cutting and engraving equipment to produce parts in a range of materials up to a maximum size of 600 x 900mm within a range of thickness from 0.1mm – 10mm
