Disposable Medical Instruments (DMI) has launched a new website, www.disposablemedicalinstruments.co.uk, full of the latest company news and product updates. The site gives visitors the most up to date information about everything DMI has to offer, and outlines the many ways the company can support clients by offering a menu of services including cleanroom packing and EtO sterilisation, with all work carried out at its UK facilities.

The new website also features additional functionality, available to account-holding clients, whereby they can log in to their account and add items to a quotation request for DMI to supply a ‘Custom Procedure Pack’ to their precise requirements. It’s quick and easy to set up an account, which then allows access to all the new additional features.  This interactive approach is typical of the way DMI does business, making clients’ needs the absolute priority, and working with complete transparency to deliver a cost-effective solution that cuts down on waste and inefficiency.

The site is designed to be very user-friendly: easy to navigate and full of product images and detail, it promises to make it easier than ever before to browse and order from DMI’s wide range of high quality single-use disposable medical instruments. It also opens another channel of communication between customers and the company’s dedicated customer service team.

Patrick Chaney, Managing Director, Commented:

“We are all very proud of the new website, which gives us the chance to interact with clients from all over the country more closely, and react quicker than ever to enquiries.  The website will always feature the latest news from DMI, so we hope people will drop by regularly to see what new products and services we have to offer them.”
