Nottingham-based marketing consultancy, V Formation, has expanded its team with the addition of a new marketing consultant and a graduate placement student. The new recruits are part of the business’s growth strategy, which has been accelerated by a recent increase in new client acquisitions.

Marketing consultant Leah Bradley, is an experienced marketer and communications specialist. Leah has a background in professional services and has also worked agency-side, where she honed her excellent project management skills.

As well as supporting clients with their marketing initiatives, Leah will also be driving V Formation’s own marketing planning and execution.

V Formation Director, Hilary Campton comments:

“I first worked with Leah when she joined Berryman solicitors (now part of Shakespeares) as a marketing executive almost 12 years ago and have always been impressed with her energy, enthusiasm and client focus.

Leah is a great fit for V Formation and we are delighted to be welcoming her on board as a permanent part of the team.”

Leah adds:

“I am thrilled to be working with Hilary and Sue at V Formation and to be joining such an energetic and ambitious team. I look forward to being part of the business as it continues to grow and working with more of their interesting clients.”

Leah’s portfolio includes a range of projects from magazine production, copy writing and event organisation through to content generation for websites, writing news stories and blogs and social media management. She has previously worked with a number of V Formation clients, including Enscite and Brady Solicitors.

As part of a collaboration with the University of Nottingham’s industrial placement scheme, V Formation also welcomes MSc student José Francisco Gonzalez.  José, who has a background in biotechnology and innovation management, will be supporting some of V Formation’s life sciences clients and assisting with the firm’s own marketing initiatives.

Said V Formation’s Director, Sue Carr:

“We are delighted to welcome José to the team for the next few months. It is great to support José and help him to gain valuable experience as well as involving him in some of our client projects. He has already started to make an impact and is injecting some fresh energy and ideas into the work we do.”

V Formation was founded in 2007 by professional services marketing specialist Hilary Campton, with fellow director and life sciences marketing expert Sue Carr joining the business in 2012.

V Formation continues to work with a wide range of professional practices, family businesses, and ambitious SMEs in the life sciences and high tech sectors, and has recently joined the Medilink East Midlands network. In addition to its renowned strengths in professional services and life sciences, V Formation has a growing reputation in property and logistics marketing.
