Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock MBE

President of the British Science Association and presenter of BBC Sky at Night, Maggie is a passionate advocate for STEM education and diversity in science.

Professor Sophie Scott CBE

Professor Sophie Scott is a world-renowned neuroscientist at UCL, specialising in the science of speech and laughter. A popular broadcaster and TEDx speaker, she combines cutting-edge neuroscience with humour to deliver engaging insights into communication, behaviour and the human brain.

Pen Hadow

Polar explorer and environmental advocate Pen Hadow headlines the conference. He is the only person to have solo-trekked, unsupported, from Canada to the North Pole and has spent over 10,000 hours on the Arctic Ocean. Founder of the influential Catlin Arctic Surveys and Executive Director of the 90 North Foundation, Pen is a TIME Magazine Hero of the Environment.
