Abi joined the team in November and has a strong background in managing programmes and building partnerships across diverse sectors. With experience in delivering complex projects and driving collaboration. Abi is passionate about connecting organisations and supporting initiatives that create impact across the Midlands.
With an energetic blend of strategic leadership and curiosity for new ideas, Emma has become a widely recognised driving force in the West Midlands health tech scene. As Cluster Manager at WM Health Tech Cluster and Innovation Lead for Health at the Innovation Alliance for the West Midlands, she brought together innovators through accelerator programmes and the cross sector Innovative Health Working Group (IHWG), always with a focus on making healthcare smarter and more inclusive. Emma’s journey has taken her through influential organisations such as Midlands Engine, the NHS, University of Warwick Medical School, and the Royal College of Surgeons, where she shaped partnerships, supported sector-wide innovation, and delivered projects that championed AI for good, digital inclusion and clean air for healthier communities.
