Three of Nottingham’s leading professional services brands – Shakespeare Martineau, Marrons and Coadax, part of the Ampa Group – have officially moved into a bold new office space in the city, marking a major investment in their people, clients and long-term future.

After a six-figure refurbishment, the trio have taken over the third floor of Waterfront House, in Station Street – a spacious, light-filled 8,680 sq ft hub designed for modern, collaborative working.

Aligned with the Ampa Group’s empowered working policy, which allows people to work when and where they are most productive, the new space hosts a variety of flexible work settings for more than 110 people, including desks, ‘touchdown’ zones, collaboration benches, acoustic booths and adaptable meeting areas. It has also been designed to host more client events, offering a refreshed and welcoming space for connection and collaboration.

Roger Harcourt, partner and head of the Nottingham office, said:

“Our new office reflects our ongoing commitment to our people and to Nottingham. This dynamic, future-ready space enhances how we work together and deliver for clients across the East Midlands. The move has been transformative in the way we use our space and interact.”

Andrew Gore, partner head of Marrons in Nottingham, added:

“Our new environment offers greater flexibility and creativity, aligning with the collaborative and forward-thinking nature of our work. It’s a fantastic space to continue growing our team and welcoming clients and partners.”

All three brands are certified B Corporations and the new office has been designed in line with their sustainability principles, incorporating upcycled and sustainably sourced materials wherever possible.

With a strong Midlands footprint, the brands continue to grow across the region. Shakespeare Martineau provides a full spectrum of legal services to individuals and businesses; Marrons offers planning, design, heritage and development consultancy; and Coadax supports businesses through complex M&A and strategic challenges.
