TheHill, an innovation catalyst, embedded within Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has announced a new partnership with regulatory compliance experts, IMed Consultancy, which is sponsoring the NHS Market Access Accelerator Programme.
TheHill’s NHS Market Access Accelerator programme is a six-month programme which provides a transformational opportunity for digital health start-ups to gain a better understanding of how the NHS works, build a strong foundation for future growth and work alongside our world-leading clinical staff at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Founded in 2012, IMed Consultancy offers a wide range of expert services to the global medical and health technology industry. The team supports medical device and in vitro medical device manufacturers to drive innovation, improve patient care and outcomes, providing assistance through all stages of the product lifecycle: from concept and design through clinical studies and post-market surveillance. They have played a pivotal role in TheHill’s 2024 programme, delivering sessions to the cohort on medical device regulations and providing one-to-one surgeries for cohort members to discuss their regulatory pathway.
In 2025 the confirmed partnership will ensure the cohort of start-ups receives continued regulatory guidance, a critical driver for success at a time of significant regulatory change in the UK but also further afield in the EU and the US. With its agile solutions and commitment to customer success, IMed Consultancy has supported numerous start-ups in their first steps on the market offering an outstanding yet accessible global regulatory service.
