The Medical Technologies Innovation Facility ( MTIF) rent their new state of the art cleanroom facility to Locate Bio to enable the manufacture and validation of their lead orthobiologic product.
Medical Technologies Innovation Facility ( MTIF) are pleased to announce they have entered into a rental agreement with Locate Bio regarding their new state of the art cleanroom facility in Nottingham. UK
MTIF is an integrated dual site medical device and advanced materials technology organisation, with a strong academic pedigree and expertise in pioneering medical device, cell therapy and regenerative medicine research and development. MTIF have developed an integrated set of capabilities, facilities and specialist equipment to assist its customers accelerate product development, offering functional expertise when in house resources are limited. To complement such ‘ bench to bedside’ services, MTIF also offers a suite of ISO 7 GMP Grade C cleanrooms for customer rental. Rental terms are flexible including long term hires and allow our customers to develop their unique processes, produce innovative products for preclinical and clinical trials and access to state of the art analytical capability.
As a custom-built facility, the cleanrooms offer a range of room sizes, 45-54m2 , all specified to ensure the space operates to ISO 7 and GMP Grade C classification standards. Dedicated storage, equipment preparation and offices complete each clean room suite. Three dedicated laboratories are also located in close proximity to the cleanrooms with one laboratory equipped for ISO 10993 in vitro biocompatibility testing.
